Hello! My name is Chelsea Janke and I am a freelance AEA stage manager, blogger, content creator, and theatre coach. I am based in New York City, but love to find adventure in every city I visit. 

 

One of my biggest philosophies is community over competition, which was why I wanted to create an accessible and transparent space where every artist feels empowered to live life to their fullest potential. My mission is to give theatre artists the tools they need to overcome the three most common excuses: 

• I don't have time 

• I don't have money

• I am not good enough
